In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Collective Management of Copyright and Related Rights of BiH, the Institute for Intellectual Property is competent to perform annual supervision over the work of the organization for collective realization of rights for the previous year. The representatives of the Institute supervised the work of the Original on September 16, 2020 in the office of the Original Association, during which they stated that the work of the Original Association was harmonized with the Law. In the Opinion, the Institute also states that the financial operations are fully presented fairly and truthfully on all relevant issues and that they are in compliance with all relevant legal materially significant aspects. It was also stated that the Original Association acted on all the recommendations of the Institute for Intellectual Property issued during the previous supervision.
